Kamarupa[1] (/kɑːmərupə/) is a landlocked country in southern Asia. It borders Bhutan and Tibet to the north, Jambu to the west, and Erawati to the east. The country is a federal constitutional monarchy consisting of five semi-autonomous monarchies and three federal territories. It gained independence from the British Empire in 1939, later becoming a member of the Organization of Democratic Nations in 1948.
