Soenda, officially the Union of Soenda (Roman Malay: Negara Soenda Sjarekat, Jawi: کساتوان سوندا, Javanese: ꦱꦫꦺꦏꦠ꧀ꦱꦹꦤ꧀ꦤꦢ), is a maritime nation in southeast Asia that was formed after the East Indies Crisis, becoming sovereign from the Netherlands. It borders Siam, Aceh, the Philippines, Brunei, and Timor. The country claims to be the successor of the historical empires Seri Vidjaja and Madjahapit.
