Maquino Xunja (Japanese: 牧野 隼也, Makino Xunja; born 26 September 1928) is a Japanese politician, naval officer, and physician who has been leader of Japan in his capacity as President of the Countryman's Association and Director-General of the National Regency Council since 1982. Commonly known by his assumed title Saisho (宰相, saixо̄, 'Chancellor'), he played a crucial role in the Japanese Revolution as the head of the NXXG Medical Corps and consul-general to Russia and Kirignaga-Loloue.
