The westcoast troubles, Amerikaens: Onrust aan de westkust, Corean: 웨스트 코스트 문제  was a period or insurgency in on the westcoast in north America, spanning the nations of Tussenlandt, Mexico and the Amerikaener Vrystaat. It was a conflict with many faces, to the Boers in Tussenlandt it was about establishing a Boer state in the pacific northwest, to the AFS it was about securing its national interests, for Mexico and Tussenlandt, it was about ensuring national stability and for the other American states, most notably Nieuw Nederlandt it was about keeping the Russians and British out of America. The conflict eventually in Tussenlandt a combination of neutralizing AFS support, increasing losses against Tussenlandt & NNL counter-insurgency forces and an effective consolidation policy forced the Boers in Westerzee to the negotiation table in 1954.
