apparently Bulgarian is different than Eastern Slavic - adding
(just saying "this Eastern Slavic naming convention" here doesn't make sense, since a person is not a naming convention. changing to "name that follows Eastern Slavic naming conventions". possibly could use some wordsmithing, or a special-casing in /core so we don't have to say "In this" and can instead say "This name follows...")
