The government of Rupert‘s land opuses under a parliamentary democracy with a constitutional monarchy with the monarch currently Queen Elizabeth II
Since 1999 there has been 351 seats in the house of commons and since 2015 there have been 103 seats for the house of peers with that half of the seats in the house of peers are appointed by The Governor General on the face of the Prime Minister and secretary of home affairs with the other half being elected by proportional popular Vote. The house of commons uses a constituent seats system.
