This is a list of leaders of Tussenland since the country's independence in 1905. From this year on, Tussenland has operated under a dual-executive system known as Fusiemag ('Fusion of Powers'). Within this structure, the head of state (the President) appoints the members of the Cabinet, of which the head of government (the Prime Minister) is leader. Both executives are subject to the approval of the National Congress.
This article contains a list of leaders of Tussenland since the beginning of its independence (1905) to the present day.

Presidents and prime ministers (1905–present)
The Tussenland government operates under Fusiemag, a fusion of powers system where the Prime Minister, leading the Cabinet, is accountable to both the president and the National Congress. The President, elected every six years with a limit of two terms, is tasked with appointing the Prime Minister and the Cabinet. While the Prime Minister and its cabinet focuses on domestic and economic policies, the President handles diplomacy and foreign affairs. Both the President and the Cabinet must maintain the confidence of the legislature to stay in power.
