Line 1: == Summary == I realized that in the 1930s when the Colonies are given are a chance to whether join the Spanish Commonwealth or not, it would make sense that the exiled Filipino Revolutionaries would kinda be allowed to return and be given the chance to govern the islands themselves after an election idk.
